Guests can also order from neighbourhood restaurants through a range of order-in menus. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Bookings will be confirmed only by 100% advance payment on or before specified pay by date.
• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. 
• Cancellation or amendment of booking made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of  a night’s room charge(inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax).
• A no show will incur a cancellation fee of a night’s room charge(inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax).
• Any change or cancellation of booking will be accepted only by email request.  A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the guest.  Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
• In the event of early checkout, no refund will be given.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.  

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:

• *Check-in: 2 pm
• *Check-Out is at 12 PM
• *Please ensure that late night and early morning arrivals are indicated at the time of booking so as to facilitate your check-in.
• Photo Identity: At time of check-in Indian nationals are required to present any one of the following government approved photo identity: passport, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhar card. Foreign nationals required to present a valid passport and visa.
• We reserve the rights to refuse accommodation to a guest without valid documents.
• Pets are not allowed.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment Mode: Indian rupees, wire transfer or credit cards(Mastercard or Visa)accepted.
• Applicable bank charges levied for credit card payments.
• Special tariffs available on request for monthly stay, group bookings and for two and three bedroom private apartments.
• For long staying Guests, payments must be made on a weekly basis in advance.
